What the listing doesn’t advertise? Its apparent connection to Ken Paxton.

Local property records indicate Paxton purchased a $1.6 million vacation rental property in early 2022 that matches the lodge’s location and description. But despite state transparency rules requiring financial disclosures, the property does not appear on any of the paperwork he’s filed with the state.
