NeNe Leakes wanted nearly $4 MILLION for her famous Georgia mansion. 👀🏡

This wasn't just any luxury home. Casa Leakes had the massive custom closet, beauty salon, home theater, resort-style pool—and plenty of Real Housewives of Atlanta history.

But when the mansion hit the market, something wasn't adding up.

💰 Asking price: $4,000,000
⬇️ Price cut: $3,800,000
⬇️ Another cut: $3,495,000
🔑 Final sale: $2,650,000

That's roughly $1.35 MILLION below the original asking price.

So why wouldn't buyers pay what NeNe thought Casa Leakes was worth?

Winnie Harlow’s former $3.6 MILLION Los Angeles mansion has taken on a completely new life.

The model bought the modern farmhouse in Tarzana for about $3.29 million in 2020, making it her first home. She later listed it for $3.695 million and sold it in 2024 for $3.625 million.

But the story didn’t end with the sale.

The nearly 4,850-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom property became Saint Helen’s House, a fashion, art and social space created by celebrity stylist Zerina Akers, whose client list has included Beyoncé and other major stars.

And this isn’t your typical celebrity mansion.

Inside are thousands of designer fashion pieces, while the property itself features a chef’s kitchen, w**e cellar, fireplaces, a resort-style backyard and swimming pool.

Lizzo paid $15 million for this Beverly Hills mansion.

Then she tried to sell it for nearly $16 million.

But buyers weren’t interested.

After multiple price cuts, the mansion finally sold for just $11.15 million — a staggering $3.85 million less than Lizzo paid for it.

NFL star DJ Moore is ready to move on from his North Carolina mansion, but finding a buyer has been a little harder than expected.

The former Carolina Panthers star has dropped the price of his massive Lake Wylie estate to $5 MILLION after the property failed to sell.

Moore purchased the nearly 10,000-square-foot waterfront mansion for $5 million in 2022 while playing for the Panthers. He first put it on the market in 2024, and after roughly two years without a buyer, the home returned to the market this summer for $5.25 million before getting another price cut.

Sitting on nearly 4 acres outside Charlotte, the estate features five bedrooms, soaring ceilings, a home theater, gym, heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen and about 340 feet of shoreline along Lake Wylie.

And here's the crazy part: at the current $5 million asking price, Moore is basically asking for exactly what he paid for it four years ago.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are putting down some serious roots in Ohio.

The newlyweds have added a massive $5.35 million lakefront estate in Bratenahl, just outside Cleveland, to their growing real estate portfolio.

And this is no ordinary house.

Built in 1895, the historic mansion spans more than 21,000 square feet and sits on 3.5 acres overlooking Lake Erie. Inside, there are eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, a home theater, fitness center, sauna and w**e cellar. Outside, they get a heated pool, guest cottage and five-car garage.

The location makes plenty of sense for Travis. He grew up just a few miles away in Cleveland Heights, making this purchase feel a lot more personal than just another celebrity investment.

The property was originally asking nearly $7 million before eventually selling to Travis for $5.35 million.

So here's the real question: Is this just another house for Taylor and Travis, or are they quietly planning to make Ohio their long-term home?

NBA star Dwight Howard is taking another shot at selling his massive Georgia estate, and this time he wants $14.5 million.

Howard previously listed the Suwanee mansion for $11.25 million in 2025 before taking it off the market. Now it’s back with a $3.25 million higher asking price, making it the most expensive home currently for sale in Suwanee.

The massive estate spans more than 26,000 square feet and sits on roughly 14 acres. It features 12 bedrooms, a private basketball court, home theater, swimming pool, two story fitness and recreation pavilion, podcast space, private salon and barber area, and even its own orchards.

Howard purchased the property for $8.8 million in 2016, when he was playing for the Atlanta Hawks.

Now he wants $14.5 million.

DA BRAT AND JUDY SELL THEIR JOHNS CREEK MANSION FOR $3.7 MILLION

Da Brat and her wife, Jesseca “Judy” Harris-Dupart, have sold their massive Johns Creek mansion for $3.7 million.

The couple placed the property on the market in late October 2025 for $3.599 million. After roughly 80 days on the market, the home found a buyer and went pending in January 2026.

And here’s the interesting part: there were no recorded price reductions.

The deal ultimately closed in April for $3.7 million, about $101,000 MORE than the original asking price.

The nearly 18,000-square-foot estate sits on more than six acres in the prestigious Country Club of the South and features seven bedrooms, a recording studio, home theater, indoor basketball court, swimming pool and numerous custom upgrades.

The property previously sold for $1.75 million in 2019. That means its latest $3.7 million sale price is $1.95 million higher than its 2019 purchase price. Of course, that doesn’t equal $1.95 million in profit once renovations, commissions, improvements and other ownership costs are factored in.

Still, selling an ultra-luxury home of this size for ABOVE asking after roughly 80 days on the market is a very different story from taking a major loss.
