Interesting shift in the Sanger market from April to May! 👀

While new listings decreased slightly, homes that sold did so faster and at a higher average price per square foot.

📉 Average days on market dropped from 98 days to 78 days
📈 Average sold price per square foot increased from $186.36 to $188.14

What does that mean? Buyers are still active, and well-priced homes are continuing to move.
