FREEWAY HOME INSPECTIONS has a unique and detailed report that we have spent years formatting. Our reports are written in plain, simple, easy-to-un

derstand language. A Summary at the beginning of the report provides the homeowner and realtor with a brief, but detailed statement listing the specific findings and recommendations of the inspector. The rest of the report contains detailed descriptions of what we inspected, what we were looking for, and what was found. The report will include dozens of photos, diagrams and helpful links that we may suggest for you, depending upon the findings of your inspector. At the end of the report, we also include helpful maintenance articles on topics such as Placement of Smoke Alarm Detectors; Types of Smoke Alarms; Home Owner Information on Carbon Monoxide Monitors; Water Pressure, etc., and, when appropriate for your home, Consumer Protection Agency Recall Notices on items such as Electric Service Panels and Circuit Breakers.
