FYI the House Of Hope is a shelter for men and women and children.. at this time we are housing men women and children downstairs as our upstairs area is temporarily closed due to financial constraints. While everyone is sheltered downstairs, the rooms are separated. We have rooms for women. We have room for men and we have rooms for families. This is a 30 day stay. While they are there, we find them resources to assist them in being self-sufficient again. Check in time for new guests is Monday through Friday 4 PM to 6 PM, on Saturdays and Sundays check-in time is from 5 PM to 7 PM. A picture ID is required whether it’s a drivers license, passport, jail mug shot, or a letter that is signed by an agency certifying identity . This is a night only shelter meaning they leave at 9 AM in the morning and return at 5 PM. So on yesterday we assisted 6 individuals to move into their own apartments!! Please don’t get it confused. We are definitely more than a homeless shelter. We are a Second Chance resource center. We leave no stone unturned to assist families to become whole again.

All I wanna say is THANK GOD for the caring hearts who stopped by to bless us with water!! Even those who are having water delivered....You know who you are and GOD knows who you are...too many to name. You are ALL appreciated and our guests and others in need truly appreciate your generosity. You have definitely made a difference!!
