🏡🌿 Two closings. Two clients. Two new chapters.
What a special week in real estate! I had the privilege of being part of two closings just days apart, and each one had a story of its own.
🏡 On one transaction, I represented the sellers as they closed the door on their rental property.
🌳 On the other, I represented the buyer who is planning on making a move back home and taking the exciting step of purchasing land for what comes next.
Two completely different transactions, but both reminders of why I love what I do. Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling — it’s about people, transitions, and helping make the next chapter possible.
