Residential Cleaner 🧼🧽🧹

Artemis Management is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain our apartment communities.

Position Details
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Guaranteed Hours: 7 hours per week plus cleanings for unit turns as needed.

Responsibilities:
-Clean and maintain apartment community common areas.
-Complete cleaning of vacant units during unit turns.
-Perform thorough/deep cleaning as needed to prepare units for new residents.
-Follow established cleaning and safety procedures.
-Properly use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
-Maintain a professional and dependable work ethic.
-Report to the Property Manager upon completion of assigned work to ensure the quality of all cleanings meets expectations.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of maintaining clean and inviting communities.
