We’re so proud of this one - and even more proud that we got to be part of the journey from the very beginning to the moment we handed over the keys.

We know they’re going to love calling Davidson home and enjoying all the small-town charm that makes this place so special.

Last week, we took you on a tour of one of our finished homes. This week, we’re showing you the other side of construction - when the pretty stuff hasn’t gone in yet.

This custom home in Davidson is fresh out of framing, with the windows and doors in and plenty of natural light already coming through.

Take a walk through the downstairs with us and you’ll get a feel for the floor plan, the flow, and those big glass doors that will eventually open up to a pool.

The finishes will come later, but you can already see where this house is headed - and we’re pretty excited about it.

We’re just days away from handing over the keys on this gorgeous custom Davidson infill project. We’ve loved every minute of crafting this home and can’t wait for the homeowners to start making memories in it.

We’ve spent a lot of time in Davidson over the years, and getting to help shape a street right here in town is something we’re really proud of.

These two homes are being built side by side, and we’ve loved watching this part of the street come back to life. Our goal isn’t just to build beautiful homes - it’s to build homes that feel like they belong here. Homes that complement the neighborhood and hopefully become part of the story of Davidson for years to come.

Today’s office came with a little extra mud.

The Holliday Homes team was out walking the site of the future Preserve at Summit Farms. We’ll have six lots to build on in this new agrihood community, and we’re excited to see it all start to take shape.
