If you haven’t heard of Saussy Burbank — and you’re in the Charlotte, Charleston, or Myrtle Beach area — you’re seriously missing out on some of the most beautifully built homes around.
I’ve been photographing their homes for years now, and every single time I walk through one, I’m reminded why I love what I do. Natural light pouring in, thoughtful design in every corner, and craftsmanship that genuinely shows. If well-designed, luxury homes are your thing, Saussy Burbank needs to be at the top of your list.
These shots are from a recent shoot out on Johns Island, just outside Charleston — and honestly? The weather was NOT on our side that day. But sometimes the camera doesn’t lie, and these images came out better than I could’ve hoped. What gets me every time is the natural light in these homes — every light in the house was off. That’s intentional, thoughtful design doing all the heavy lifting.
