I’ve been a little behind on posting because I’ve had three new listings getting ready to hit the market, but I couldn’t let this one go by without sharing. It was such an honor helping this sweet client and friend move into a brand new chapter of life. So grateful for the trust my clients place in me—it truly means the world. 💙

Closing Day with Friends ❤️

I met Sonya years ago through animal rescue, and it has been such a joy watching her journey over the years. Since then, she’s gotten married, welcomed two adorable and energetic boys, and purchased a home. Today, I had the privilege of helping her sweet family close on the next chapter of their lives as they make the move further into the country!

I’m so grateful for friends who trust me to help navigate not only real estate transactions but life’s big transitions as well. It makes what I do so seriously rewarding.

One of the many things I love about Sonya is her heart for animal rescue (like me).
In honor of today’s closing, my client donation will be made to one of our favorite organizations, The Feral Cat Program of Georgia, helping them continue their incredible work saving cats in need.

Congratulations to Sonya and her family! Im excited for her new chapter.❤️🏡🐾

Closed today on this beautiful home in North Forsyth so my client can move on to her next chapter in life.

We received full asking price and had it under contract in less than 30 days! 🙌

I’m especially grateful because this client is also a very dear friend. Thank you for trusting me to guide you through another big life transition. It’s an honor I never take for granted.

Got to help Hunter buy his very FIRST home in the heart of Cleveland, and I honestly don’t know who was more excited…him or me! 😊

There’s just something special about helping a first-time buyer through the process and watching it all come together on closing day.

I was able to negotiate for the seller to cover ALL of his closing costs and even got a NEW refrigerator included. Huge win for a first-time homeowner!

As always, a big thank you to Linda Allen for helping make the loan process smooth and stress-free.
