Got to help Hunter buy his very FIRST home in the heart of Cleveland, and I honestly don’t know who was more excited…him or me! 😊

There’s just something special about helping a first-time buyer through the process and watching it all come together on closing day.

One thing about me…I’m always going to notice the unique details in a home 👀🏡
While at a listing appointment today, I spotted this super cool oval window and instantly loved it. I’ve always been drawn to unique windows and architectural details like this…they add so much character and charm that you just don’t see every day ✨
Little touches like this are what make homes feel special and memorable.
On another note, if your in the market for a beautiful craftsman 5 bedroom home on an acre with no HOA in Canton….let me know! I got one coming!
