Super excited for my sweet friend Sonya and her family! 🏡❤️

Her two boys will soon be exploring the creek in the backyard of their new home, and I can already picture all the adventures and memories they’re going to make there. This home is beautifully designed and truly feels like the perfect place for this family’s next chapter.

Closings are always exciting. They mark a new beginning for buyers and sellers, but some closings are special in ways that go far beyond the house—and this was definitely one of those. ❤️

🏡 CLOSED in Winder! 🔑❤️

Today was an extra special closing! My clients are officially FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS, and I couldn’t be more excited for them! 🎉

They found such a beautiful home with the sweetest front porch and a bay window that is practically begging for a Christmas tree. 🎄😍 And knowing how much she LOVES to decorate, I have a feeling this house is going to be absolutely adorable for every season!

I also had the pleasure of working with a wonderful co-op agent, Cindy Davila with All Star Realty, and of course, Linda Allen helped make the loan process smooth from start to finish. It truly takes a great team to get everyone to the closing table! ❤️

Here’s to first homes, new memories, front-porch sitting, and lots and lots of decorating! 🍂🏡
