Did you know The Landing is a piece of downtown Dayton history?

Our community was originally the Central Branch YMCA, opened in 1929 — a landmark building that once included residence rooms, gyms, and even a pool. In the late 80s/early 90s, the historic space was thoughtfully transformed into what we now know as The Landing Apartments, while keeping that classic character downtown is known for. 

One of our favorite features today is the courtyard at the heart of the community — a little hidden gem where you can step outside, take a breather, and enjoy a quiet moment right in the middle of the city.
