Answered a referral call from a therapist asking me to assist a dementia resident yesterday. After meeting with "Marci" it was apparent she was very unhappy and wanted a new home. Boom! Within 24 hours, I met her in person, met virtually with her and the out of state family. Today, I picked her up for a tour of the #1 place down-selected as being a perfect fit. Video toured and meet virtually with family&the staff during the tour. They fell in love.
