Pine straw and leaves can cause permanent roof damage due to trapped moisture.
If anyone needs their roof swept off I charge $100 flat rate for any house 2000 square foot and smaller. For houses over 2000 SF it’s an extra $.10 per square foot.

I also do gutter cleaning, pressure washing, lawn care, junk removal, and other odd jobs.
