Part 4 ā When Real Estate Became More Than an Interest
The more I learned about homeownership, the more curious I became about real estate beyond my own home.
What started as simple curiosity slowly grew into something much bigger.
I began learning more about home values, equity, mortgages, investing, and the housing market. The more I learned, the more questions I hadāand the more I wanted to understand.
I found myself paying closer attention to homes, the decisions people made, and the different ways real estate could impact someoneās future.
Thatās when I began to realize how valuable it is to understand real estate.
You donāt have to become a real estate agent or an investor to benefit from learning about it.
For many of us, buying a home may be one of the biggest financial decisions weāll ever make. Understanding how home values, equity, mortgages, and the housing market work can help us ask better questions, make more informed decisions, and better understand the investment weāve made.
That realization only made me want to learn more.
At some point, I realized I was no longer learning about real estate simply because I owned a home.
I was learning because I genuinely enjoyed it.
It had become more than just an interest.
And eventually, I realized I was ready to take the next step.
⨠In Part 5 (Final) ā Iāll share the decision that came next and where this journey has led me. ā¤ļøš”
