At long last we are able to let everyone know who our new tenant is for the previous Ruby Tuesday’s property at 1212 Saxon Blvd. In Orange City. Howe Properties is very excited to announce that we have signed a long term corporate lease with LongHorn Steakhouse. They will be doing an extensive renovation to the building and property over the coming months. I have added some of their renovation drawings.

I wanted to give a quick update on the progress with leasing our Orange City restaurant property. We are in the final stages of lease negotiations and the attorneys are ironing out the final details. We are getting close to being able to announce who the new tenant will be. Hopefully as early as next week.

Howe Properties has purchased the former Ruby Tuesday’s building in Orange City on Saxon Blvd. We have teamed up with our leasing team at Equity Investment Services and have received very strong interest from many National restaurants that we currently don’t have in the Orange City-Deland area. More details to follow.
