Heading to toms River avian Care, Have this little fledgling fall out of the nest a few days ago and it was doing well with the parents guarding it and taking care of it, 4:00 a.m. yesterday My dog found it so I had to relocated 10 ft to where it was originally, checked on at numerous times parents were still swarming but this morning it wasn't doing too good so hopefully we can save it

Patch in progress , The condensation line leaked unfortunately it didn't have the proper pan , the family had a gathering over the weekend so we rushed over there and got it patched up so they wouldn't have a gaping hole in the ceiling, It will be wrapped up on Tuesday .

Bathroom remodel part three! This bathroom was 6ftx5ft when all said and done. The process was a lot. We found complications here and there, but nothing stopped our perseverance! The bathroom is 90% done we are just waiting for some customs pieces for final touches to be delivered that will finish up the project beautifully!!! (Customer wanted black baseboard heat covers, black granite back splash and a sliding frosted glass folding door)
I must say, the bathroom feels a lot bigger with the new design! You can almost spread your arms and twirl around!

I had to take tile off the walls! FYI, tiling walls in bathrooms is a very old fashioned way of doing the bathrooms, it’s not wrong and it’s not right, it’s something. lol
But tile on walls, can lead to issues if not properly removed and more! I had to take the medicine cabinet off the wall, it was bolted in and the electric had to be raised for the new design. The tile on the floor was all ripped up and replaced, new baseboard heat covers (being installed 10/17/24), new paint, new trim, built the new vanity and installed, new toilet, new valves, etc etc etc!!! More photos and videos to come of the progress.
