I’ve never met a bold color I didn’t love. 💙

From statement walls and colorful artwork to unexpected pops of color in furniture and accessories, I believe a little personality goes a long way.

Don’t get me wrong, neutrals have their place. But a room with color, character, and a few unexpected moments? That’s my kind of design.

Are you ready to say goodbye to the gray era?

A few things I love about being an interior designer

The work is tangible. At the end of a project I get to walk into a room that didn’t exist before and think — I made that. There is nothing like it.

Every project is completely different. Different people, different spaces, different problems to solve. I genuinely never get bored and I’ve never done the same project twice.

I get to actually improve people’s lives. A home that’s designed well changes how a family moves through their day — how they feel in the morning, how they gather at night, how the whole thing just WORKS. That’s not a small thing.

This business runs on relationships. My favorite part of what I do isn’t the furniture or the finishes — it’s the people. The clients who trust me enough to hand me their home and say “go.” Those relationships don’t end when the project does.

I get to have a real point of view. The longer I do this, the more I attract people who specifically want MY take on things. That kind of creative freedom is something I don’t take for granted.

And honestly? People will always want a home they love. The desire to live beautifully, to have a space that reflects who you are — that doesn’t go away. I get to be the person who makes that happen, and that never gets old.

I have an obsession with wrapped gallery walls, and I’m okay with that.

Why stop at one wall when the art can keep going? Around corners, over furniture, between doorways — I love letting a collection grow beyond the boundaries of a traditional gallery wall.

A little unexpected. A lot more interesting. And always better when it feels collected, not calculated.

There are a few things no one really tells you before a renovation.

I will. 😉

Swipe through for the things I want my clients to know before we get started and exactly why having someone in your corner matters.

Wacker, revealed. ✨

A home that isn’t afraid of a little personality — bold stone, rich wood, sculptural moments, unexpected color and plenty of texture. Every room has its own point of view, but together, it all just works.

And that view? Not bad either. 😉

Stay tuned for more coming soon!

Things in my own home I will never regret:

The stone. I love it so much I used it twice, which feels like all the proof you need.

Wallpaper. Obviously.

And mixing things that maybe aren’t supposed to go together, but do. Different styles, different materials, a little old, a little new. I’ve never been interested in a house where everything matches.

Basically, my own home confirms that I am, in fact, my own client. 😂

The goal has never been to put my stamp on your house.

It’s to pull out what feels like you — your routines, your taste, the things you’re drawn to, even the ideas you’re not quite sure how to articulate yet.

My job is to take all of that, push it a little further, and turn it into something cohesive, layered, and completely personal.

Because the best compliment isn’t “this looks like a Sloane Wyler house.”

It’s “this couldn’t belong to anyone else.”

Cedar Ave, somewhere between the moving truck and the finished room.

This one was a furnishing project in a new build, which meant taking those beautiful-but-empty spaces and giving them some personality.

Living room, primary bedroom + three kids’ rooms all coming together one delivery, rug and piece of furniture at a time.

Install days aren’t particularly glamorous. But watching a house start to feel like their house? That part never gets old.

More from Cedar Ave coming soon.

Coordinated, not matching. There’s a difference.

The blue came first. Once we decided to fully saturate the living room, the dining room needed to hold its own without competing.

Black and white is a neutral for me, so we kept the palette restrained and let texture, strong silhouettes and subtle details do the work.

In the living room, millwork gave the blue dimension and made the color feel even more intentional.

The rooms speak to each other without repeating each other. That’s the goal.

I could show you the whole thing now, but where’s the fun in that?

For now, consider this one more hint. The full reveal will be worth the wait.
