This charming cedar home has officially closed! I had the pleasure of representing the sellers, and it has truly been such a joy working with them. They even spoiled me a few times with fresh eggs from their chickens 🥚🐓, one of the many things that made this property so special.

Today’s MLS tour was a great success with 15 Realtors in attendance and lots of good energy throughout the day. We kicked things off with lunch at Iron & Grape, where we enjoyed great food and heard a few words from our sponsor, 850 Title.

We toured four homes in total, including one of my own listings. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to capture video for that property, but the tour itself was still a fantastic experience.
