Some homes come with a little extra story… and this one was all heart. 🤍

Behind the scenes, this sale meant rolling up our sleeves and working through a list of repairs to get everything ready for closing. It wasn’t always easy—but it was done with care, respect, and a lot of teamwork.

These sellers mean so much to me and helping them every step of the way was just as important as getting to the finish line. Over the past few weeks, we tackled challenges head-on (yes… even getting a little dirty along the way 💪), and today, it all paid off.

We officially closed escrow! 🎉

A reminder that real estate isn’t just transactions—it’s relationships, trust, and showing up when it matters most.

Friday Field trip!
Bump Coffee, Leucadia

First time on site, but my kids swear by it! I took Bump’s advice and tried the BUMP version of a hot latte with coconut milk and agave. We also tried the Serrano chili and bacon and cheese empanadas! DELISH! Check out the info below and be sure to visit them in the near future! Worth it!
