Tripple S always comes in handy when working from home!
If you’re moving or even if you’re trying to declutter
The office space always seems to take the longest to clean!
I don’t know about your house but my office is filed with things I need, things I didn’t know I needed, things I don’t need. 😂 and a little bit of everything else!
Trying to clean that office space but don’t know where to start? here is what tripple S means
Shred, Scan, Store
SHRED- you use this when there are papers that you don’t need but it contains personal or important info on them. Shred them so that they can’t be duplicated or taken from the trash.
SCAN- the documents are important but you don’t necessarily have to have the physical copies!
You can scan them and make a digital copy and save to the cloud, USB, or another software and discard the old copies!
You might want to shred those too if they have important info on them.
STORE- you can find in expensive filing cabinets (Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot,) and all the papers that you need to keep physical copies of can be stored in there!
Divider tabs and other organizing items can be purchase from those stores as well!
If you’re decluttering this can be done in steps. You can really use pace yourself.
If you’re considering moving or selling then there may be a different type of pressure applied here
Either way, do it in steps!
