Congratulations to the Hills Family!

This one is special!

Rodney and Precious have been wanting to get a house for quite some time.

They were in need of more space because their family was growing!

I encouraged them to try again and the listened! We found the right lender and we got to work!

Countless offers, showings, and adding that they had a certain amount of time to be out of their apartment!

The heat was on 🥵 but with faith, patience and determination, we put an offer in on this particular house.

Multiple offer situation! We didn’t get picked at first.. but the listing agent called us back about two days after because the original offer fell through and she said “you were the first ones we wanted to call!” 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Despite many challenges, we overcame and we prevailed! Yesterday We officially signed and got the keys!

So glad that they have a home to call their own now!

Terrick is now free to run around as much as he wants! 😂

It’s has been a pleasure working with and serving your family!

Now I’m ready for this cookout! 👀👀😂😂😂

We fought a hard fight with this one. But we prevailed!

So many challenges we had to face but this is the picture that I look forward to at the end!

Congratulations to the Hammonds for closing on their home!

Not only was this their first home purchase but they also got a lot more space!

Space for work, for their family to grow, and maybe even a few chickens 😉😉
