Finally made it to the closing table on this one! 🙌

Sometimes it’s not about finding a buyer, it’s about finding the right buyer at the right time who can walk through the door and see the vision of what a home can become.

We definitely had a few ups and downs along the way, but once the right buyer came along, this transaction was smooth sailing. And today, we officially get to say SOLD! ❤️

I’m so happy for my seller as she closes this chapter and gets to move forward into the next one. At the end of the day, we came out on top, and that makes every bump along the way worth it.

Another closing, another client moving forward, and another reminder that sometimes you just have to trust the process. 🏡✨
