There's nothing like hanging out on a Florida beach. I like the water on the East Coast and the soft sand on West Coast. East Coast/sunrise or West Coast/sunset.

Sunday dinner doesn't always have to be a pot of sauce and pasta. Here's my brother Lou's Cuban family dinner (20 of us) two weeks ago. It was so good that I asked Joe to cook a pork butt today, but my Irish husband has to have mashed potatoes, not rice.

Wednesday "What?" day?

What's the one thing that makes you happy in your home?

Mine is family dinner time at the table. There's nothing better than quality time at the diner table. We still have our first kitchen table from 32 years ago. I couldn't throw it away because of all of the memories. So, Joe refinished it, bought new chairs, and now it's our patio table.
