In case it somehow slipped past you between my other extremely subtle posts about houses I have currently listed in the area — I am in fact a licensed Realtor here in Interior Alaska. Delta Junction | Tok | Salcha | North Pole | Fairbanks….and BEYOND!

In my first full year I hit the ground running in a community so small we only need zip code and, to be honest, too many gas stations — which means I am either decent at this, very hard to avoid, or just really annoying. Honestly all three are good for business.
