Veteran friends….

A lot of folks don’t even know this exists.

If you’re a Colorado veteran with a 100% permanent disability rating, you may qualify for a property tax exemption….but it has to be filed by July 1.

This is one of those benefits that too many veterans miss simply because nobody ever tells them.

If you need the form, don’t know where to get it, or want help figuring it out, call me. I’ll point you in the right direction.

This is the kind of story that reminds me why I love what I do. ❤️

We had an amazing closing yesterday with first-time homebuyers who officially became homeowners — and honestly, this one took some creativity and persistence.

We weren’t finding anything on the market that truly worked for them within their budget, and instead of giving up, we started making calls and networking to uncover opportunities before they hit the market.

That’s when we found it: an off-market new construction home for under $300,000. 🏡 And in today’s market, finding a brand new construction home at that price point is incredibly rare.

Seeing their excitement throughout the process was already rewarding enough… but during closing, they shared an even sweeter surprise — they’re expecting baby #2! 🍼

A growing family getting a brand new start in a beautiful new home. It really doesn’t get much better than that.
