We had an amazing closing yesterday with first-time homebuyers who officially became homeowners — and honestly, this one took some creativity and persistence.

We weren’t finding anything on the market that truly worked for them within their budget, and instead of giving up, we started making calls and networking to uncover opportunities before they hit the market.

Delta seniors… Congratulations Graduating Class of 2026! 🎓✨

I still remember graduating myself — heading into the military, finishing my college degree, and eventually raising my family. While I didn't raise my kids here, after a long journey, we finally found our way to this wonderful community, and I am so incredibly proud to call Delta my home. 🏡❤️
Through my work with the Delta Youth Foundation and my husband’s time helping with the JROTC, we have had the privilege of working with many of the youth right here in town. Honestly, we are constantly impressed by the incredible caliber, character, and heart of the young people in Delta. 🌟💪
If I could leave you with a few pieces of life advice, it would be this: Do what’s right, even when no one is watching. Work hard. Live with integrity. Be kind, compassionate, and take care of each other. 🤝

Veterans helping veterans 🇺🇸🏡

Helping fellow veterans achieve homeownership is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. There are still so many misunderstandings surrounding VA loans, and this recent closing was such a great reminder of why having the right team and proper education matters.

Congratulations to Jason and Yvonne on their beautiful new home here in Delta! You may already recognize Jason’s friendly face from Home Depot, where he’s one of the supervisors always willing to lend a hand and help others.

As a fellow Desert Storm veteran, it was an honor helping Jason use his VA loan benefit once again. The sellers were initially a little hesitant about accepting a VA loan, but by the end of the transaction they were amazed at how smooth, professional, and efficient the process turned out to be. We closed in approximately 20 days!

As a veteran-owned company, we take a lot of pride in helping educate both buyers and sellers on how strong VA financing really is and how important it is to protect and support those who served our country.
