Buying a home in DeBary or Central Florida? Assume you're being recorded during showings!

Its 2026 and there are cameras everywhere! So while you're out shopping for your new dream home, eventually you're going to find yourself standing in the one, and you're going to be overwhelmed, probably, and excited, and you'll be inclined to start discussing with your realtor price and strategy, and if you do start discussing price and strategy with your realtor inside the home, that's a conversation that you should end immediately, and don't pick it back up when you get to the front yard. Save that conversation for a phone call, go to the realtor's office, McDonald's, anywhere but inside of the seller's home. Yes, the sellers should notify you if you're being recorded, but they don't always, and so it's best practice to just assume at all times that you're being recorded and never find yourself discussing price or strategy on your dream home inside of the seller's home.
