They will however charge you an extra $300, $400, $500 or more. This is a charge for nothing so why pay it? They even charge you when you buy a house which we would NEVER do! We answer the phone. It’s weird, we find that people like to speak to us when they call. The most common complaint we hear about other agents is that they don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. They just put a sign up and disappear. Poof, they're gone but yet we are not……. We work 7 days a week. We have been actively licensed in the state of Florida since 2002 and do A TON of sales. Ask “The Other Guys” how long they've been in business and how many sales they've done in Central Florida. The bottom line is that they can’t beat our rates, our availability and our experience.
