NEW BEGINNINGS!

I am a mushy mess today and this post isn’t all “business” 😅 It’s a long family post BUT I had to share-
Today is one of those closings I will absolutely never forget. ❤️
I closed on two homes today, but one holds a very special place in my heart.
I had the honor of helping my precious aunt and uncle sell the home that has meant so much to our family. It’s a place filled with memories of homemade cakes, Bible studies, beautiful plants, family gatherings, and the warmest, most welcoming feeling. It’s the kind of home where you can literally feel the love the moment you walk through the door.
They’ve made the bittersweet decision to move to North Carolina to be closer to their children. (Which is where they need to be) While it’s hard to see this chapter end, it’s the beginning of a beautiful new journey for them. Aunt Jan and Uncle Danny, We missed you today but I was happy to sign for you since you are moving in your new home
But here is the best part...
The buyer is their great-nephew~and my nephew~more like another son ~our Joseph Russell.❤️ (My Jodus Russell)
Ever since he was a young boy, Joseph dreamed of owning this house. He even told Aunt Jan and Uncle Danny years ago, "If you ever decide to sell, I hope you’ll think of me." None of us knew then that God would bring it all together like this.
And the most beautiful full-circle moment?
Aunt Jan and Uncle Danny spent every single day sitting on their front porch looking out at the land, reading their bible, doing a study or just visiting. When it came time to write the contract, that is exactly where we all sat together to sign the paperwork.
They are leaving the rocking chairs and that sweet little porch table behind for Joseph, so he can sit in the exact same spot and read his Bible, too. 😭❤️
Even better, this Ott-Britton land will continue to be filled with family, love, and laughter as Joseph's sweet babies, Josiah and LeAnna, grow up running around this beautiful place creating their very own childhood memories.
I won't lie—there have been plenty of sleepless nights! Working with family on both sides carries a very heavy, beautiful responsibility. I wanted everything to be absolutely perfect for them.
At the same time, Joseph sold his own home to a sweet buyer who is beyond excited to start her own next chapter there.
Three families. Three new beginnings. ❤️
To Lindsey Noto: My girl, I’m so thankful we finally had the opportunity to work together! You have been nothing short of amazing, and thank you for bringing the perfect buyer for Angela Drive. It truly was God’s timing.
