Flux Home Inspections We are based in Denton, TX and happy to serve the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex! What all do we check? No house is perfect. Our inspection reports are easy to read.

Every part of the house is inspected, from roof to foundation and everything in between. We climb in the attic (as long as I fit!), check the interior and the exterior, and will notify you of any concerns. You will receive a detailed professional report within 24 hours of the inspection. There will be a photo and description of every item that needs attention. There can be major issues, even in immaculate and brand new homes. Most of the findings will be minor, but we include them so you know what you're buying. A lot of maintenance gets neglected on houses and they're usually simple fixes. Whether you plan to ask the sellers to have the repairs done or give you credit, you can easily provide the report to your agent for use in negotiations.
