Yesterday , I got a text that said,

“Did you see yourself in the paper?” 🥹✨
I had no idea I was being featured for completing the Maryland Leadership Academy, and honestly… it was such a beautiful reminder of how far consistency, growth, and faith can take you.

So many times we work quietly, push through doubt, show up tired, and wonder if it’s all paying off. Then one day, life reflects back everything you’ve been building.

Leadership is an inside job…

The last 7 months refined my mindset, sharpened my discipline, and elevated how I move.

Crazy thing is… we spend so much time searching, learning, and looking outside of ourselves to become who we’re meant to be, not realizing it’s already in us. Always has been.

Maryland Leadership didn’t give me something new… it helped me unlock what was already there.

Different level. Different mindset.
