Everyone sees the closings and celebrations, but there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes to get to the closing table.

Real estate definitely isn’t a 9-to-5 job. Any agent will tell you that deals seem to happen the minute you leave town. Sometimes that means negotiating an offer from a Whataburger parking lot and typing it up from the passenger seat on the way to the beach. Other times, it means having an amazing real estate partner who jumps in to show a home at the last minute on a Saturday night so a client doesn’t miss an opportunity.

🏡 Congratulations to the Boffman Family! 🏡

Today, Landon and Julie officially closed on their new home and we couldn’t be happier for them!

Helping this sweet family find the perfect home for their next chapter was such a fun experience. As a sports mom and someone who loves our local schools, I especially enjoyed getting to know this family. We’re excited to welcome Landon to Denton as one of the new football coaches at Ryan High School—even if we proudly bleed purple! 💜

A huge thank you to Craig O’Rourke with Cultivate Mortgage for an outstanding job. He had the Boffmans cleared to close two weeks ahead of schedule, helping make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
