The dockside cabana is finished at our project!✔️
We have started the final phase of grading, landscaping & bringing in beach sand. The driveway & parking pad pavers (all sandblasted & sealed) are in & look beautiful.
We hope to wrap up some of the final interior finishes in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for that!

Progress update on our project. Tile crew has completed most of the bathrooms & is continuing to work on interior/exterior staircases, patios & pool deck. The propane tank was put in & plumbers are working on installing the gas lines to the tiki torches & fire pits on property. There is no natural gas in the Keys so hence the use of a giant propane tank that gets buried underground.
We have started unwrapping all of the cabinets that arrived from Texas. Installation will begin Tues. More pics to follow!
Work is underway for the new dockage. We had hoped to just cap the existing dockage that was there. But, upon starting some repairs, it was determined that we needed to do a full replacement of the dock. Thanks for following along with us on this exciting project in the beautiful .

We are turning the corner on our project. It gets exciting when you begin transitioning to the finish out stage. Exterior stone & stucco work is mostly complete…and painting has begun. Tape & bed work is almost complete. We’ll be using a level 5 drywall finish. Tile crew has started laying the 30”x60” tile on the exterior patios. We are using the same tile throughout the interior & exterior of the home for seamless indoor/outdoor transitions. It’s humbling to watch them carry & install this large & heavy tile up four floors. We are grateful for them & all of the crews working on this project.
Our final permit for the dockside work is almost complete w/the Village. This will take place on the outparcel lot fronting the canal across the street. Jim thoughtfully designed this 100’ of dockage with 2 boat lifts, cabana & parking pads. More to come soon.

We could not be more excited about these incredible impact resistant multi-slide doors! They were worth the year long wait. We decided to go with the beautiful door systems by Euro-Wall Systems, LLC. for this project because they offer the largest panel sizes, the smallest interlock sight line, and a flush embedded sill that meets water rating standards without the need for a sill riser.

Our guys worked hard today on their project. Most of the demo work is complete with the exception of the bathrooms. Sam has been working on sketching out the layout of the house. Jim made sure no one got electrocuted or flooded the house.😂

We are almost done with pouring concrete at our project.😆 The pool, ground floor decks & retaining walls are in.✔️
Plumbing & mechanical are approx 80% complete. Electrical is starting soon. Beautiful windows by our long-standing partner Andersen Windows + Doors are going in…impact resistant up to 185 mph winds. Important pre-construction design elements going in - wall mount toilets & curbless showers. Isokern fireplace is finished on the 2nd floor outdoor patio. It will receive a full surround of beautiful white coral stone.
We are truly grateful to all of the crews who are doing incredible work on this project.
