This buyer was retired and looking to split time between his partner’s home in the mountains and something walkable in east Boulder. With secure underground parking and an elevator, this spacious 1-bedroom checked all the boxes.

Some homes just feel like the start of something really special—and this was one of them.

Huge congratulations to this sweet family on closing on their Lafayette home 🤍. They didnt think Lafayette was going to be in their budget but when this popped up we ran to see it. Buying a fixer upper wasn’t on their radar but this one felt well cared for and ready for thoughtful updates.

They beat out nearly a dozen offers from investors to snag this home and I couldn’t be happier for them.
