This beautiful home in the Mission Viejo neighborhood in Aurora was perfect for my buyers Kalen and Trevor. They needed 5 bedrooms for themselves and their (soon to be) 3 kids, they needed it to be in the Cherry Creek school district, and they needed it to fit their budget. Working with and .mlo we were able to get them a 1% lender credit, paving the way for a strong offer, a quick acceptance from the seller, and a smooth closing.
