Everyday (working towards that☺) I affrim that I am finding my next best place to call home!

As the new year approaches I find myself stuck; I'm moving to a different state again.

Of course I really want to, BUT at the same time, I'm worried about being disappointed by newness.

To face these blocks, I practice a technique called CORE BELIEFS.
I start by making a list of anti-affirmations to figure out what's BUGGING me.

From that list, I create positive affirmations to replace the subconscious anti-affirmations; audio files run a muck.

The world is a horrible place (I have to stay out of the YouTube rabbit hole). There is no safe place for me to truly be protected, and home.

Became:

My world is a safe, sacred-blessed-place; everywhere I am I am home.

This is one of the tools I am using to .
