I’ve been sitting with this birthday instead of rushing through it… and all I can say is thank you.

Thank you for every message, every call, every prayer, every post. I felt so seen and so loved.

But more than anything, this birthday feels different internally.

Not louder.
Not about doing more.
Not about proving anything.

It feels like alignment.

This year isn’t about adding more to my plate…it’s about refining what’s already in my hands. It’s about protecting my peace, trusting my discernment, and building from a place of clarity instead of pressure.

34 feels like depth.
Like authority.
Like quiet confidence.
Like choosing purpose over performance.

I’m grateful for the journey that shaped me.
The stretching seasons.
The healing seasons.
The building seasons.
All of it brought me here.

To my family, my friends, my community…thank you for loving me in every version of myself. Thank you for celebrating not just what I do, but who I am becoming.

This year, I’m moving with intention.
I’m protecting my energy.
I’m building legacy.
And I’m trusting what I already know.

34 is about alignment.

2025 kicked my butt. 😂✊🏾
Like… lovingly, spiritually, no-way-around-it kicked my butt.

It stretched me in ways I didn’t see coming.
It asked me to learn how to receive, support, love, rest, help without guilt.

There were tears. Frustration. Moments where I questioned everything. And still… I got through it.

Through every challenge, I was tremendously blessed. Not because it was easy, but because I was carried. Covered. Protected. Reminded over and over that I am never alone.

The Year of the Horse represents strength, endurance, freedom, and forward movement.
And that feels exactly right. Not rushing. Not forcing.
Just steady progress, resilience, and trusting the road beneath my feet.

I’m entering 2026 with more faith, more softness, and a deeper knowing of who I am and whose I am.
Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the growth.
Grateful that even in the hard seasons, I made it through.

Today was such a powerful moment for me. Not only did I have the honor of leading the Rebuilding Wealth | Reclaiming Power financial literacy class with Free to Live, but it was also my first time sharing my own story. 💜

Holding space for survivors as we talked about rebuilding trust with ourselves around money reminded me that healing from financial trauma takes more than just knowledge…it takes courage, compassion, and community.

I am grateful to partner with Brianna and Free to Live to bring these resources and conversations forward. Survivors deserve the tools, confidence, and support to step into financial freedom and abundance.

Our next class will be on 9/20—we’ll check in on progress with the challenge, welcome new participants, and step into the next phase together.
