A drawback of having your listing go under contract in a day, is that it makes it hard to justify rolling out the additional marketing media you made for it . . . but I’ve decided to post some anyway, because this is a house worth sharing!

In this vignette, I talk about the home’s rare window vents, which were a common feature in the Swanson built homes in Westminster’s Apple Blossom Lane.
