Interest rates have once again reached their highest point since July 2025, with the national average hovering around 6.75%. This serves as a reminder that when rates eventually stabilize at 6% or slightly below, it would be prudent to secure a locked-in rate. Although this may take some time, it is essential to prepare accordingly. Obtaining a pre-approval now will enable you to navigate the current rate volatility with greater ease.
