Our newest listing in Thornton hit the market and immediately started getting attention. We worked with our seller to price the home to attract the right buyer and put a marketing plan together to make this one sell fast at TOP DOLLAR! After just two days on the market, we received a strong offer and are officially UNDER CONTRACT!

On the buyer side, one of the biggest misconceptions in today’s market is that buyers should wait for interest rates to drop before making a move. The reality is that when rates come down, buyer demand typically increases, creating more competition, more multiple offer situations, and fewer opportunities to negotiate.
