A walk through our latest flip, 2742 SW Mitchell Ct, Portland. We are incredibly happy with how it turned out, and it turns out, so was the marketplace! project managed and did al of the design, great job! Couldn’t have done it without our top kitchen team of contractors. Love you guys.

Iron sharpens iron! and I presented our 2022 goals and business plans to each other and capped off the evening with some 24 oz T-Bones at Ruth’s Chris. If there a better way to start the year, I’d like to hear it!

Goal Planning and business planning! Everyone talks about it, how many actually do it? I do an exercise every year in my real estate wholesaling business, I take a couple days to get a cabin, look what I accomplished during the year and set goals for the following year. I put that all into a PowerPoint presentation. It’s a habit I picked up from my corporate days 😂Normally, there’s nobody to look at this presentation except for myself, but it’s great because it serves as a reference point for me to look back at the end of the year to see what I did in comparison with what I wanted to do. It gives me direction. Reminds me what I was able to accomplish, despite all the ups and downs, and there are many of them.

This year, three friends, Jarrin, George, and Tony are doing the exercise with me. We’ve all prepared PowerPoint presentations of our goals and business plans, complete with cheesy OG corporate flying bullet points! I’m excited to do this exercise with high caliber friends for the first time, as we all check in throughout the year on each other’s progress, and there will be no hiding!
We’re going to have a little fun as well, camping off the evening at Ruth’s Chris steak House.

Awesome day today at with my brother Spring like conditions all day led to some great corn snow, and we capped of the day with an epic sunset and a few runs of night skiing.
