Condos in Denver have not shown much improvement since this article was released in January. "The market continues to get worse when it comes to condos and townhouses, with rising homeowner fees a major factor." Condo/Townhome Sellers that need to sell need to get more aggressive with pricing. The biggest key to that is making sure they have a great agent that can guide them through, so they don't lose money in the end by not doing when necessary the correct price cuts at the correct time, staying ahead of the market versus trailing behind it.

The market continues to get worse when it comes to condos and townhouses with rising homeowner fees a major factor.
