Another shout out this week!

This one goes out to Growing Up Boulder Executive Director Mara Mintzer, who spoke on a panel at the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference in San Diego!

During the conference, Mara shared how meaningful youth participation looks in practice, how young people can help shape decisions in their communities, and how pediatricians can help make space for young people to be heard and taken seriously—both in their practices and beyond!

Shout out to CNDC partner project, Assuring Better Child Health and Development!

ABCD was recently selected as a recipient of the Tony Grampsas Youth Services (TGYS) Grant!

Over the next three years, this funding will support the expansion of HealthySteps within STRIDE Community Health Center, bringing early childhood development, behavioral health, and caregiver support directly into pediatric primary care.

Through the partnership, ABCD and STRIDE will expand HealthySteps across 6-8 clinics, helping thousands of young children and their caregivers access developmental and social-emotional screening, parenting guidance, care coordination, and connections to community resources.
