Big changes are happening at The Awaka Group.

Over the last several months, we’ve taken a hard look at what today’s producing agents actually need from a team and what they don’t.

More flexibility. Better economics on the business they create. Strong systems and support without giving up ownership of how they run their business. And opportunities to grow without having to do everything alone.

So we rebuilt our model around exactly that.

Our new agent model officially launches October 1, and it represents a pretty big shift in what it looks like to build your business alongside The Awaka Group.
