A professional photo shoot, appraiser measurements, full-color brochures, and a staging consultation are included with every listing. There are no short cuts when I list your home. Likewise, when you’re buying a property you should work with an agent that knows the neighborhoods. You will need answers to some important questions regarding: schools, zoning, traffic, bus stops…some neighborhoods are great for families, while others are better suited for young singles. It is important that you find an agent that knows what you’re looking for and knows the areas.
