This market can only be described as… turbulent… showings are slow at (most) listings while others are still seeing multiple offers on the first weekend. The homes seeing the most activity are, as always, updated with minimal to no deferred maintenance.

Buyers are willing to pay MORE for a well cared for homes that don’t need any projects after moving in.

Sellers are open to reasonable concessions for things like prepaid HOA dues and interest rate buy downs.
