The Denver housing market remained steady in April 2026, showing signs of a more balanced market compared to recent years. Inventory levels continued to improve, giving buyers more options and slightly more negotiating power, while home prices remained relatively stable. Homes are taking a bit longer to sell than they did during the peak frenzy, but well-priced and well-presented properties are still moving quickly. Overall, buyer activity remains strong as we head into the busy spring and summer season.
