My Story
I was born and raised in Colorado. Yes, a true Colorado native! My Italian parents and grandparents lived in North Denver for many years. but, my mom and dad decided that Arvada was the place to raise a family. So when I was very young, we moved to Arvada and have lived here ever since! After High School, I decided that real estate was what I wanted to do. In 1985, I became a licensed broker and have loved all aspects of the industry ever since. I spent time working in the title industry as well, which significantly increased my overall knowledge of real estate. We buy and sell real estate for many different reasons. And let's be honest, it can be extremely stressful and frustrating at times. Great real estate brokers constantly work on removing the stress from the transaction. I think good communication and creating the proper expectation of what is happening, and likely to happen, is of the utmost importance. Making sure my clients know exactly what the next steps are, is critical to keeping the transaction running smoothly. I have seen many different real estate markets. My knowledge of the real estate business and current market conditions give me an advantage. I fight hard for my clients! It takes an experienced, thoughtful and attentive broker to navigate through the complicated documents and many personalities involved. Keeping things moving forward, and making sure the experience is a positive one is my specialty! In addition to my 20+ years in the business, I currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Keeping a "pulse" on what is going on in our industry, has been a phenomenal experience! When I am not helping my clients, I love to cook and travel. In 2006 I had the wonderful opportunity to go to a cooking school in Italy. Just recently I was able to go back, and next to Colorado it is my favorite place in the world!
