🎉 Closing Day is the Best Day 🎉 I’m over the moon excited for these two right here! They have been patiently waiting to move into their brand new home since February! First time home buyers weren’t able to compete in the crazy market when they started looking, so we went to DR Horton new builds in Castle Rock and they were able to get an incredible BRAND NEW home, with instant equity when they move in and locked in the interest rate!! It’s still a great time to buy a home, especially with some great strategies I have up my sleeve 😉😉😉.

Wahoooo! My clients were able to get under contract on this beautiful home in Reunion! This community has a TON of amenities including two pools, parks, paths, coffee shops and all kinds of fun events for residents!
