What happened in Real Estate last month? 🏡
The Denver Real Estate market in December did what December does best. It slowed down, took a breath, and refused to be dramatic.
Inventory dipped as Sellers relaxed into the holiday season, days on market stretched a bit, and homes still sold just shy of list price - holding steady from October through the end of the year at 98.3% of List Price. Translation: things were moving, just without the frenzy - a market recalibration with manners.
➡️ For buyers, patience finally began paying dividends.
➡️For sellers, pricing and presentation are no longer optional.
The month of December gave us the privilege of helping 21 households move forward! Behind every contract was a conversation, a decision weighed carefully, next chapter chosen with intention.
⭐️ Now that January is underway, activity is beginning to wake back up. New listings are returning, showings are picking up, and early movers are positioning themselves ahead of the spring surge.
