It’s the little things. ♥️
July has been my best month EVER in real estate. As I’m reflecting on closing $4.2million in sales this month, I am so very grateful for all of the amazing people I get to work with every day. Berkeley is one of Denver’s best kept secrets. 🤫
I could tell you about the new build with the pool. I’d rather tell you about the neighborhood.
The insane sunsets during your evening walks around the lake, Tennyson on First Friday, the Michelin rated restaurants hiding in plan sight… Mountains parked at the end of the street like they were always part of the plan. Walkable golf course, just a few blocks away.
The home itself: new construction, walls of glass, a serious kitchen, a pool holding its breath for summer. It photographs well. It lives better.
I’m not passing through this neighborhood. I live in it. That’s the difference between an agent who shows you a house and one who hands you the life around it.
