Some deals just remind you that there are things happening behind the scenes that we’ll never fully understand.

I had buyers fall in love with a home that wasn’t even on the market. No sign. No listing. Nothing.

We decided to take a chance anyway… and what happened next still feels a little unreal. Doors opened, timing aligned, and everything came together in a way you honestly couldn’t plan if you tried.

An hour later, an offer was written.
And last week… we closed.

Real estate is wild sometimes—but every now and then, it’s something more than that. 🤍
