NAHREP Denver is now accepting applications for our 2027 Board of Directors!

We’re seeking proactive professionals who are ready to lead, serve, and make a meaningful difference in Denver’s Latino community. Applicants should work in real estate or an affiliated industry, including REALTORS®, lenders, title professionals, insurance professionals, homebuilders, and other industry partners.

Different professions. One shared mission.

Nearly one in four Coloradans—23.2% of our state’s population—is Hispanic or Latino. Colorado data also shows that approximately 54% of Hispanic and Latino households are homeowners.

Nationally, Latino homeownership reached a historic 10.2 million households in 2025, with 441,000 new Latino homeowners added in a single year.

Our community is large, growing, and playing an increasingly important role in the future of housing. That means Colorado needs more informed, connected, and culturally aware professionals who can help Latino homebuyers and sellers navigate the market successfully.

That is where NAHREP Denver comes in.

We bring together agents, brokers, lenders, title and insurance professionals, community partners, and housing-industry leaders to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership through education, advocacy, and relationships.

There are two ways to join:

STANDARD MEMBERSHIP — $49

Designed for professionals who want to engage locally through NAHREP Denver events, education, business development, leadership opportunities, and meaningful industry connections.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP — $250

Designed for professionals who want to expand their involvement across the broader NAHREP network through universal membership, exclusive networking, invitation-only workshops and masterminds, Leadership Academy eligibility, the NAHREP 10 Certified Trainer online course, and the Platinum Referral Network.
